Wood is a natural product and each wood veneer is unique.
Variation in colour, pattern and texture is a natural part of the look. Wood changes over time when exposed to light.

 

Storage, use and installation conditions

Can be installed in humid environments, but Lamellow Spa is not for use in environments where the product is exposed to prolonged direct contact with water, such as in shower cabins or the like. Installation must always be ventilated with at least 5 mm distance, to other surface layers. Storage, use and installation at -40 to 100 C ° and up to 100% relative humidity.

 

Cleaning

Cleaning is performed with a dry mop or vacuum cleaner. On other stains, use a synthetic detergent without ammonia and sponge with fresh water afterwards.

Stock items are normally sent within 5 working days. Order items is sent from Gustafs within 8 working weeks and applies to the manufacture of a maximum of 20 acoustic panels. Your Lamellow panels are delivered in a box with 2 panels per package. Each package weighs 28 kg. For larger orders, delivery will be on pallet.

Delivery

At the checkout on gustafs.com, you can see which delivery options are available for your postal address.

Upon delivery, you as a customer must present identification.

The carrier company will contact you before they arrive at your address. You as a customer are responsible for checking your order confirmation so that our contact information for you is correct before delivery. In the event of a delivery delay, Gustafs will notify you. When delivering to addresses with road barriers, you as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the barrier key is available. Extra transport days may be added upon delivery to an island. For more information, please contact Gustafs Customer Service. If you want to cancel your paid order, you must do so before you have received your order. If service action in the form of packing your order or delivery has been started, the cost of this service will be charged, even if you cancel your order. Please note that when canceling orders that contain customized goods, a handling cost of 50% of the product’s product value will also be charged.

It is important that you prepare for Gustafs delivery.

 Your responsibility as a customer is to:

  • Prepare a clear road to your home/premises so that the goods can easily be left at a specified place.
  • Ensure that the delivery is possible without risk of damaging goods, person or your property.
  • Ensure that you can receive the delivery when it arrives. Even if you let someone else receive your delivery, you are still responsible for fulfilling the conditions in this document because you are the one who entered into the agreement.
  • Upon delivery, you as a customer must present identification.

Gustafs reserves the right to assess whether delivery can take place without risk of damage to person, goods or property. If delivery cannot be carried out due to obstacles, Gustaf will return the delivery. For a new delivery, you will be charged SEK 750 (or amount corresponding to your original shipping cost) in addition to the original shipping cost. Upon delivery, no later than 7 days after you have received the goods, check that you have received the right products and the right number and that the products are intact. If you discover damage to a product, incorrect product or incorrect number of products, you should contact Gustafs Customer Service as soon as possible.

Postal parcels

When your order has arrived at the chosen agent, an SMS or a notice will be sent to you. If you choose not to pick up your package, the shipping cost will not be refunded to you.

Limitation of liability

In the event of government action or omission, new legislation, labour law conflict, war or danger of war, major disturbance of public order, sabotage, extreme weather conditions, fire, explosion, natural disaster, accidents, or other circumstances beyond Gustafs control and which Gustafs could not reasonably overcome or anticipate, Gustafs has the right to waive its obligations under this agreement. In such an event, Gustafs is not liable for damages in the event of damage that you have had.

Gustafs Lamellow Spa – 5 years warranty

Gustafs solutions are tested to meet our strict standards for quality and durability, as well as the highest standards for home use. Therefore, we can offer a 5-year warranty.

1. What does this warranty cover?

The guarantee only applies to home use and covers material and production defects.

2. What is not covered by this warranty?

  • The warranty does not apply to products that have been stored or installed incorrectly, used improperly or incorrectly, modified or cleaned with the wrong cleaning method or incorrect cleaning products.
  • The warranty does not normally cover wear, scratches or marks, or damage caused by shocks or an accident.
  • The guarantee does not apply if the product has been placed in the way that it has been exposed to constant water or direct sunlight.
  • The guarantee does not apply to damages that have occurred in connection with or as a result of unforeseen events.

3. Installation and maintenance instructions

4. What is Gustafs doing to fix the problem?

Gustafs will examine the product and determine if it is covered by the warranty. If this is the case, Gustafs will, through its own service operations or authorized service partner, at its own discretion, either repair the defective product or replace it with a new similar or comparable product. If the product is covered by the warranty, Gustafs will pay the costs of repairs, spare parts, the repairer’s labour costs and any business travel, provided that the product is available for repair at no particular cost. This does not apply to repair work done without permission from Gustafs. Exchanged parts belong to Gustafs. If the product is no longer sold by Gustafs, Gustafs offers a suitable replacement product. It is Gustafs who decides what is a suitable replacement product.
